**ENTER THE GAME**:
As a Casino Content Operations Assistant you will join the Casino Games team, composed of passionate professionals dedicated to delivering the best online casino experience. This role offers hands-on experience in both the commercial and operational facets of game management and is ideal for someone eager to start their career in iGaming.

**YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC**

In this role, your main missions will be:
Commercial Support (3 Days/Week)
- Game Setup & ID Management: Create games in our internal platform Atlas, manage game IDs, and coordinate with providers.
- Game Information Entry: Input key game data (e.g. RTP, categories) into internal systems.
- Compliance & Media Coordination: Upload certificates, handle thumbnail/media requests, and manage assets via Basecamp.
- Quality Assurance: Run QA tests on games before release.
- Studio Interaction & Game Positioning: Attend studio meetings (as an observer) and assist with lobby game placement.
- Operations Support (2 Days/Week)
- Player Operations: Help solve casino-related player issues and assist with Game Play Checks (GPCs).
- Market Research: Benchmark competitors and analyze trends.
- Studio Launch Prep: Support launch activities including JIRA ticket creation and documentation.
- Compliance Checks: Assist in internal reviews of game compliance.

This apprenticeship is for you if:

- You have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- You communicate clearly and effectively (written and spoken)
- You're comfortable working with spreadsheets, Basecamp, and JIRA (training provided)
- You're interested in online casinos and digital entertainment
- You're a proactive learner who enjoys teamwork and fast-paced environments
- And finally, you speak English fluently

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
