ENTER THE GAME

As we launch a brand-new Casino Business Development Team, we're looking for a driven and strategic Casino Business Development Expert to help shape the future of our game portfolio and international expansion.

Your mission? Identify, source, and launch new game studios and game types tailored to each of our markets. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, pushing boundaries in regulated environments and curating a game mix that truly elevates the player experience.

In this high-impact role, you will:

• Drive innovation in game content and lead our expansion into new markets.
• Influence the player journey by selecting the right partners and formats.
• Enjoy real autonomy and visibility, with the chance to shape Betclic's casino strategy from the inside.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Your main missions will be:

• Source & Select Studios: scout, evaluate, and onboard promising new game
• Negotiate Partnerships: lead commercial discussions and secure contracts with top-tier partners to grow our studio network.
• Expand the Game Offer: identify and launch innovative game formats – crash, bingo, live variants – tailored to player expectations and regulatory environments.
• Support Market Launches: define the minimum viable content offer and help shape localized portfolios adapted to new market needs.
• Stay Regulatory-Smart: monitor legal frameworks and market constraints; contribute to advocacy efforts to unlock new formats.
• Ensure a Smooth Handover: once studios are onboarded, transition ownership to the Casino Account Management team for day-to-day coordination.
• Track Trends: monitor competitors, emerging studios, and industry dynamics to inform our content and commercial strategy.
• Represent Betclic: attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to build visibility and strengthen our global casino network.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm

This job is for you if:

• You have 3 to 6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sourcing – ideally within the gaming or iGaming industry.
• You've successfully onboarded and contracted suppliers or studios, and know how to navigate complex deals.
• You have a deep understanding of the online casino ecosystem and the mechanics that drive game engagement.
• You are commercially sharp, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• You're a strategic thinker who knows how to spot opportunities and move fast to capture them.
• You thrive in cross-functional environments, working collaboratively across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing.
• You're familiar with European regulatory frameworks and understand the implications for casino content.
• Bonus points if you have a background in online casino or real-money gaming, an existing network of studios or suppliers, or experience in regulatory advocacy.
• French or Portuguese is a plus

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Geoffroy, your future manager, followed by a Use Case to present to Geoffroy and Julie. Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
