**Underwriting Assistant Fine Art & Specie**

Location : Paris, France

Regulated role : CBI/IDD

Within the Middle Office Department and the Specialty Division, the Management team is responsible for establishing and managing contracts for National and International Accounts of our CAC 40 Clients, as well as individual clients and professionals in the art industry, through agents or brokers, for Homeowners' Insurance (MRH) products or those related to the Art field.

We assist a diverse range of clients including individuals, companies, art professionals, museums, jewelers, and more. This involves setting up policies in France and the LPS region, as well as Master Policies as part of an International Program and Incoming Policies (setting up French policies for an AXA XL division).

By joining this team of 9 individuals, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of policies related to Homeowners' Insurance or Art insurance. You will have the autonomy to provide personalized management of cases, working closely with the Underwriting team and intermediaries. With a focus on service quality, you will contribute to the successful technical and commercial support for our clients.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Ensure a proactive and high-quality business relationship with our intermediaries.
- Issue new contracts and handle contract underwriting within designated underwriting authorities.
- Provide substantial technical support to the Underwriting team.
- Record contract modifications, issue new premiums, and contractual documents.
- Deliver insurance certificates within specified timelines.
- Issue premiums, refunds, expert invoices, etc.
- Act as the point of contact for the management of Incoming policies and Master policies, maintaining close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate contractual documents for negotiated or renewed deals by the Underwriting team, and manage the accounting follow-up.
- Contribute to cross-functional tasks aimed at enhancing operations and activities.
- Play a role in the continuous improvement of Management processes and in the technical and commercial monitoring of Art & Species cases.
- Interact with a diverse range of stakeholders (Underwriting, Intermediaries, Credit Control, etc.).

You will report directly to the Manager Fine Art & Species.
