As a key player in the ONE Digital Team, the Market Deployment Specialist leads the Digital Tool deployment in France, ensuring that our innovative digital solutions are understood and utilized throughout their entire lifecycle. The Market Deployment Specialist is responsible for planning, preparation and deployments for a certain set of Digital products according to the master planning and its timely and high quality execution.

**Your Impact**:

- Lead the charge in local market planning, adapting strategies to local nuances.
- Drive the detailed on-boarding and training of dealers, prioritizing tasks alongside brand experts.
- Manage the deployment project with precision, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Navigate the complexities of digital tools deployment, ensuring every milestone is met with agility and excellence.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Relevant Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of project execution experience, preferably in agile environments.
- Experience in the training and deployment of digital tools, and comfortable in international settings.
- Fluent French and English speaker with superior relationship skills.
- Willing to travel 25-30% of the time (predominantly in metropolitan France).
