**Benefit - Ecco cosa abbiamo da offrire**: - Coinvolgimento in progetti nazionali e internazionali di rilievo - Programma annuale di formazione interna - Regolare progressione di carriera (missioni, responsabilità, progetti interni, ecc.). - Supporto individuale di mentoring - Un dipartimento di Employee Experience al tuo servizio ogni giorno - Una vivace vita aziendale con eventi collettivi (sport, seminari, incontri dopo il lavoro, ecc.) **Le tue responsabilità**: - Gestire i processi di progettazione e stesura di schemi (redazione di manuali di fabbricazione e note tecniche,ecc.) => PID/PFD - Gestire il dimensionamento delle attrezzature e dei materiali per l'implementazione + specifiche delle attrezzature: pompe, valvole, colonne di distillazione - Creazione di schede tecniche (manuali di apparecchiature) - Controllo dei processi (sviluppare e applicare nuovi processi, valutarne le prestazioni, proporre azioni di aggiustamento per migliorare la produttività e la redditività) - Quantificare gli investimenti da effettuare - Comunicare con i team operativi - Monitorare le operazioni attraverso la creazione di documentazione **Competenze richieste**: * - Perfetta conoscenza delle tecniche e delle regole dell'ingegneria - Lettura di planimetrie e disegni tecnici - Competenza nella progettazione computerizzata, nella progettazione gráfica e nel software audiovisivo - Gestione del progetto - Leadership e gestione del team - Creatività e gusto per l'innovazione - Buona pratica in inglese tecnico **Formazione**: - Ingegneria Chimica o Ingegneria di Processo - Laurea Magistrale in Chimica e Processi o in Fisica - Processi Chimici **Software**: - HYSIS - ASPEN, ASPEN + Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato Stipendio: 20.000,00€ - 50.000,00€ all'anno Lingua: - Francese (Obbligatorio) Disponibilità a viaggiare: - 100% (Preferenziale)
