**A structuring challenge and diversified missions**:
As part of a replacement, we are looking for a project manager in training engineering.
By joining Bouygues Construction University, our internal corporate university, you will be pivotal in: Driving cultural and managerial change through employee training. Developing key competencies that fuel Bouygues Construction's success. Enhancing our employer brand.
As part of a committed team, you will manage our international training strategy across diverse fields: Legal, Health & Safety, Procurement, CSR, Ethics & Compliance, and IT.
Your role includes staying ahead of training innovations. Knowledge of the digital training market and LMS ecosystems is beneficial but not mandatory.

We are looking for a person with a builder's soul, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different cultural environments and changing contexts: Project management in an international context Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to interact effectively in a multicultural environment. Ability to work in French and English. Ability to propose initiatives and stimulate pedagogical innovation. Force of proposal, with a capacity for analysis and synthesis.
