**What we are looking for**
Digimind is looking for a Customer Education Trainer to join our Customer Education team for a 6-month internship. A keen learner, passionate about technology, teaching and social media, your role will be to provide best-in-class onboarding experience to our clients.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Develop a deep knowledge of our social media monitoring solutions and stay up-to-date with new feature releases and product developments;
- Animate online functional training sessions for our worldwide customers (once you have mastered all aspects of the Digimind platform);
- Work closely with Services and Sales teams to assure a red carpet onboarding experience, customer satisfaction and retention;
- Secondary responsibilities include the creation and the maintenance of educational content for our Digimind Academy and our knowledge base (help center articles, video tutorials, elearning courses and other training support materials).
**What you bring**
- You are available for a 6-month internship starting as soon as possible;
- You have complete professional fluency in English and French. Spanish is a plus;
- You have a very strong sense of customer service and satisfaction;
- You have a high attention to detail, you are resourceful, creative and tech-savvy;
- You rigorously organize, report and track activities;
- You have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
