Purchasing Controller

**Description**

Based in Drancy, the business controlling team (5 people) performs as finance business partner for key functions managers: Sales / Purchasing / Manufacturing / R&D and is very business oriented. The team handles planning activities (budget/ forecast / mid-term plan), financial analysis, production of functional business packages and reportings, develops IT tools (planning and BI tools) and coordinates BRBU finance teams (plants and regional head offices).

**Key functions**

Under the responsibility of Head of Business Controlling, PURCHASING CONTROLLER acts as business partner and supports Brake Business Unit Purchasing head and purchasing teams in driving their performance and their activities.
- He/she produces purchasing KPIs at BU level (negotiation performance, raw material market impacts, etc.) and ensures consistency and alignment of all sites/countries within the BU.
- He/she is in charge of the P&L analysis for material costs for top management in France and in Japan.
- He/She produces and releases the Purchasing Business Package on a monthly basis.
- He/she is managing the Raw Material Market analysis and its impact on BU profitability.
- He/she leads financial planning processes (Foreacast, Budget, Mid-term Plan) for purchasing related topics at BU level.
- He/she is the main contact for adhoc analysis regarding BRBU purchasing performance.
- He/She develops Financial Planning and BI tools (Anaplan / Qliksense).
- He/She may contributes to new project quotations.

**Profile and professional skills**

Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent

5 years’ experience in controlling and/or Audit preferably in Industrial and international environment

Fluent in English, Japanese is a plus

Knowledge of SAP, Anaplan, Qlik, HFM is a plus
