At** Corporate level, within the Companion Animal Franchise** and reporting to the Global Marketing Director in charge of vet specialties, the **Global Technical Manager for the Parasitology** range defines and suggests the technical strategy to support technical local teams, with the following missions: - Build and manage a network of Key Opinion Leaders by creating strong and long-term relationships through implementation of Phase IV/post-marketing studies, events and testimonials in order to nourish an international network of positive influence on Ceva parasiticides. - Proactively suggest and develop Phase IV/post-marketing studies to build and increase credibility of Ceva parasiticides - Ensure a strong technical support on Ceva parasiticides: - For each strategic product, establish and develop its key technical messages together with its technical positioning, - Ensure and create a high level of internal and external confidence in Ceva products, - Provide technical support to the marketing and technical teams in Ceva subsidiaries - Ensure alignment of technical messages with Ceva strategy - Define and lead publication plans at the global level related to strategic parasiticides; take part in writing scientific publications on Ceva parasitology range, participate to international congresses and present our publications - Suggest and develop technical/scientific events to increase credibility of Ceva brands - Ensure the scientific and technical overview of developments related to Ceva products: - Provide technical and detailed analyses of publications - Gather ideas and trends thanks to the established KOL network **Your profile**: Scientific training (Veterinarian, Biologist, Pharmacist ) with a good knowledge of the veterinary and parasitology market; a 5-year experience in a pharmaceutical company would be desirable. **Technical skills**: - Knowledge of the veterinary companion animal market, scientific knowledge about parasiticides - Strong skills in simplifying technical messages, to address the different Ceva target audiences (technical veterinarians and marketing managers in Ceva subsidiaries, pet owners, veterinarians, and animal health professionals) - Previous experience in writing documents for the general public - Confident in presenting to internal or external audience - Good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation and clinical studies - Good knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office suite) and of digital environment (website, social networks ) Fluent in English; previous experience working with international teams is desirable **Soft skills**: - Impact, ability to convince - Organization, precision, with an analytical mindset - Autonomy, sense of initiative and responsibilities, commitment, reactivity - Adaptability, interest and enthusiasm for technical and scientific topics - Good interpersonal skills - Good level in oral and written communication - Team spirit and ability for transversal work **What we offer** Permanent position based at our new Headquarters in Libourne Competitive salary package including fixed and variable pay, profit-sharing, and employee savings plan Flexible time management ("CET") Company Restaurant a wide range of employee perks and social activities
