Corporate Swine Smart Solutions Director
As part of the Swine Franchise Division, you will report to the VP of the Swine Franchise, and will lead the development, implementation and impact of the Swine & Smart Solutions Strategy in all zones with emphasis on SAM-KAM value creation and revenue capture.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Defining, leading, plus securing implementation and impact of the Swine & Smart Solutions Strategy in all zones with emphasis on SAM KAM value creation and revenue capture.
- Developing a sustainable business model for devices leveraging on CEVA portfolio mix across regions.
- Taking field and devices data to develop a smart farming ecosystem, inclusive of end user interface, adding value in pragmatic and tangible ways for the farm operation. Prioritise simplicity in design and functionality, while managing Ceva internal dashboards.
- Driving solutions and services to market, from ideas to the farm, building and winning together with our zone commercial, technical and marketing peers where it matters, in the barn, with the pigs.
- Coordinating the teams and providing guidelines for the development of the marketing and technical tools necessary to deploy the strategy.
- Proposing innovations, based on collected field data, and defining the roll out + training plan for the swine teams at corporate and local level.
- Coordinating/aligning the Ceva Strategy and smart solutions scope including campuses, customer valuations, installation and routine services.
**Your profile**:
Engineering, scientific and/or veterinary degree with over 10 years of applied field experience and a track record of success in managing people and hardware to launch and troubleshoot technology as a service.
Project management, result reporting across functions and geographies and excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Collaboration is paramount.
Knowledge of livestock, pig husbandry and pharmaceutical solutions are a plus.
Fluency in English is a must. French, Spanish and Chinese are desirable but not mandatory.
Curiosity, adaptability, flexibility, and ease of working in an agile multicultural environment.
Permanent contract, position based in New headquarter Libourne, frequent travel requiring high availibility, teleworking.
