**About the Role**:
As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing shipments across multiple departments (operations, R&D, sales & marketing). You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of components, finished goods, equipment, and promotional materials. You’ll be part of the manufacturing team and will work closely with supply chain partners, and external providers to maintain visibility and control over our logistics flows.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inbound Logistics (Reception & Inventory)**
- Receive, check, and document incoming deliveries (components, materials, hardware, etc.)
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure parts are delivered and stored properly
- Track and manage stock levels of critical components and equipment
- Help maintain an organised inventory space and labelling system

**Outbound Logistics (Shipping & Tracking)**
- Prepare and send shipments for prototypes, parts, demo kits, final products
- Coordinate logistics for customer deliveries, external partners, and international shipping
- Organise shipments for sales events, trade shows, and field testing
- Ensure documentation (invoices, customs forms, etc.) is complete and compliant

**Support & Coordination**
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers and carriers
- Support ad hoc internal logistics needs (moving equipment between sites, organising pickups, etc.)
- Identify and implement improvements to logistics processes (e.g., packaging, tracking, tools)
- Maintain a calendar of expected inbound/outbound movements and notify stakeholders proactively
- Use the ERP system to manage incoming and outgoing shipments, track inventory, and coordinate logistics activities
- Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
- Highly organized, reliable, and hands-on
- Comfortable with physical handling of packages and equipment
- Familiar with inventory tools, shipping software, ERP system and basic Excel
- Knowledge of shipping constraints (customs, export control, fragile/high-value, dangerous goods) is a plus
- Driver’s license is a bonus (for local transport support)
- Fluent in French; English is a plus
