We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Junior Project Manager responsible for supervising a project, coordinating the activities of a team of professionals and technicians. This role will also include ensuring that the goal of the project is met efficiently, that the project is carried out in accordance with the specifications of the client or the senior project assistant.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To play a leading role from inception to evaluation in delivering a successful

exhibition.
- Coordinate with the client and successfully handover projects on the show site.
- Be the main liaison contact between management, venue operations, partners and

vendors.
- To conduct accurate site measurements and markings.
- Coordinate installation and oversee unloading and loading of the materials and equipment.
- Provide line management to the exhibition core team, crew and volunteers.
- Prepare a proper and clear Project Management schedule aligned with the project
- Coordinate and guarantee the completion of all the project formalities and orders
- Meet with the team regularly for all project meetings
- Prepare the travel expenses for each of the assigned projects
- Keep an updated checklist for each of the projects you are assigned to
- Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and roundup assigned projects.
- Guarantee the well-being of the project team in the course of the project.
- Suggest strategies of achieving the project goals to the team.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum two years’ experience in project development and management-related jobs.
- Strong ability to give attention to details, as well as tested organizational skills.
- Ability to be proactive and independent, and to be interdependent on the team.
- Ability to understand needs and goals of clients and build strong relationships with them
- Highly motivated self-starter, ambitious and results driven.
- Be able to see projects through to completion.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Advanced level in English. A 2nd learned language is an advantage (Preferably German,

Spanish, Italian, Polish or French)
