Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located. **THE ROLE**: Reporting directly to the Group Business Control Senior Manager "Salaries General & Administrative", you will be positioned within the Finance Department and work closely with HR Monitoring and the heads of the General & Administrative Shipping functions. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: 1. Industrialize SG&A Shipping Financial Planning & Analysis Innovate and simplify the process of forecasting, analyzing and reporting of costs by function of the Shipping scope Automate tools for producing recurring cost by function reports on a quarterly basis (Shipping scope) Support the team in presenting cost by function reports to each member of the COMEX, including highlighting deviations from budget, and recommending corrective actions Improve the quality of SG&A costs recorded in the accounts Ensure the production of the SG&A reporting dashboard for the Shipping scope, on time and with the expected quality 2. Control Tower SG&A Shipping Ensure the baseline and support the definition of annual SG&A Shipping optimization objectives Lead the production of the SG&A Shipping optimization project roadmap and produce the follow-up of each project during the year, to ensure that the objective is delivered Act as Business Partner with COMEX members for the implementation of actions: anticipate risks and propose corrective actions Produce quarterly analyses of progress on SG&A Shipping optimization projects for the Executive Committee (target tracking, post-mortem analyses and projections) 3. Simplify and automate Work on simplifying FP&A processes and digitizing SG&A Shipping reporting Develop and deploy a cost center system to support the Control Tower **PROFILE & COMPETENCES**: An experience in the Shipping industry is a plus Around 10 years experience in SG&A structural cost control and cost optimization programs Experience in transforming and optimizing transactional and operational processes in the Shipping business Masters' degree in Finance [Controlling / Accounting major] **IT skills**: Excel, PPT, QlikView, Qliksense Experience in team management Autonomous, initiative, analytical skills Interpersonal skills, ability to engage stakeholders, excellent written and verbal communication skills, in French and English Organizational skills, rigor, priority management Come along on CMA CGM’s adventure
