**Scope**

We are looking for a dynamic apprentice willing to join our Internal Communications & Change Team to support all the related internal communications, change management and engagement activities of Ingenico.

You will work directly with the Communications & Change team to help foster the business transformation across the globe and will also have interface with all perimeters and levels of the organization. You will also be fully integrated to the team and contribute to specific projects as needed on change management, culture and engagement initiatives that impact the overall organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Help create and execute the internal communications plans worldwide, ensuring the proposed timeline and optimizing internal communications channels
- Support the planning and execution of people engagement initiatives and programs that have a global reach, sync with the global communications agenda (Learning initiatives, D&I activities, HR calendar events, etc)
- Participate in the creation of materials and resources to support people navigate and embrace organizational changes
- Contribute to the development of communication materials that articulate our vision, values and strategy, ensuring alignment with our culture and brand identity
- Develop, together with local committee (HR, Marketing, Facilities), targeted communications and engagement initiatives for the offices in France
- Create accurate content for internal comms ecosystem and release it across planned channels, following full approval process (both in French and English)
- Help organize online seminars (define agenda, structure, logistics) at global and regional levels
- Create engaging communications to drive our key messages across all channels
- Help ensure that internal and external messaging has a consistent tone of voice, working in partnership with the Marketing community

You are studying marketing, communication or HR in a Business School or University and are looking for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship contract (starting in September/October) in this field.

You are **completely fluent** in both **French and English**.

**Required skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office - Powerpoint, Word, Excel
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- Adaptable and able to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and hands on
- Curious and not afraid of raising questions and proposing different initiatives
- Innovative and solution oriented
- Strong written and communication skills (both in English and French)
- Design skills is a plus
