Votre mission

**Devenez un expert en gestion du changement industriel**: Identifiez, catégorisez et pilotez efficacement les changements liés aux outils, produits et processus industriels.
**Définissez et optimisez les processus**: Contribuez à la création d'une organisation robuste pour gérer les évolutions avec précision et efficacité.
**Construisez une plateforme digitale performante**: Participez au développement d'un outil digital dédié au suivi des changements, facilitant la communication et la collaboration.
**Analysez et mesurez l'impact**: Établissez des indicateurs clés pour évaluer l'efficacité des initiatives de changement et piloter l'amélioration continue.

Votre profil

Étudiant(e) en génie industriel passionné(e) par l'optimisation des processus et l'innovation.
Rigoureux(se) et méthodique avec un esprit d'analyse aiguisé et un souci du détail.
Doté(e) d'un excellent sens de l'organisation et capable de gérer des projets complexes en autonomie.
Communicant(e) hors pair capable d'interagir avec des interlocuteurs de tous horizons dans un environnement multiculturel.
Maîtrise d'Excel et connaissance de JIRA appréciées.
Niveau d'anglais à mínima opérationnel
