**Job Summary**:
**What You Will Do**:
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise.

Partner with country management and IT Leadership to set priorities and manage workload.

Design, implement, and maintain the organization's systems infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures to ensure optimal system availability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new technologies to meet business requirements.

Develop and enforce system administration policies, procedures, and standards to ensure adherence to security protocols, data protection, and compliance regulations.

Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or data breaches.

Manage system backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity processes.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system administration and make recommendations for their adoption.

Lead and participate in system-related projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, escalating complex issues as necessary.

Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.

This position requires travel between the Lyon and Grenoble (Meylan) sites regularly.

**What You Will Need**:
**Basics**:
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar technical leadership role.

Strong knowledge of system administration, including Linux and Windows servers and network infrastructure.

Experience in virtualization, storage systems, and cloud technologies are advantageous.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, leadership and end-users.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

Solid understanding of security best practices, data protection, and compliance regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).

A valid driver's license is required for this position.
