**About the role**:

- We are currently looking for a Database Administrator to support, optimize and improve the Veepee's System Infrastructure within Logistics Team. You will be required to maintain the WMS infrastructure in an operational condition.

**Team organisation**:

- You will join a team of 5 people composed of 3 System Administrators and 2 DBA working closely with Applicative Engineers and Project managers to work on a challenging Logistic environment.

**Location**:

- This is a full-time position based in Lyon, France (Wojo Part-Dieu) but we are flexible with other locations provided you are willing to travel to Lyon on an occasional basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage systems and databases;
- Install, configure, optimize and supervise databases and backups;
- Deploy the databases and applicatives in collaboration with the product project managers;
- Improve and optimize PL/SQL code along with applicative teams and software editor;
- Manage database access and security best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in database administration;
- Mastery of PL/SQL language and query optimization;
- Oracle database versions 10.2, 11gR2 and 12c;
- PostgreSQL database versions 9.6 to 14;
- Linux Red Hat/CentOS/Debian and Windows operating systems;
- Skills about system administration.

**Languages**:

- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- French is a plus.

**Plus points**:

- Patroni and Microsoft SQL
