**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**The Operating Environment, Context and Challenges**
Acting as a third line of defence, Internal Audit assists management in delivering its strategies. This means remaining fully up to date in a changing business environment, in order to be able to assess risk in a way that is relevant to Management, whilst remaining in line with the recognised professional standards for internal audit. In order to reflect and challenge the businesses we serve, Internal Audit needs to recruit staff with diverse backgrounds and skillsets. Supporting Audit teams in delivering challenging but fair messages and insights constructively and with empathy within a multicultural, political, complex and challenging organisation.
**Job Purpose**
To monitor and enhance the quality of the work performed and reported by the AXA Group-wide Internal Audit (IA) function to provide the Group’s Audit Committees and Management Committees with independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of internal control and risk management across the Group. Achieved through developing, performing and reporting on quality assurance tasks and developing, disseminating, supporting and monitoring our audit methodologies and practices.
**Key Accountabilities**
- To develop and execute quality assurance plans and activities covering topics such as audit reports, audit execution, issue follow up, risk assessment and annual planning. Adding value by providing direct (often challenging) feedback to the relevant audit staff at all levels in a constructive and effective manner.
- To prepare and deliver documentation, training and support to audit teams to onboard and upskill teams, and to roll out changes to audit methodologies, enhancing the quality of work performed including adherence to our IA standards.
- To prepare reports on the results of quality assurance activities for various levels of management including the Global Audit Leadership Team and the Group Audit Committee.
- To contribute thought leadership to the continuous enhancement of IA methodologies and practices, and to support the Audit Group Operations Office in the on-going development of global tools and techniques.
- More generally, to be hands-on in supporting the Audit Group Operations Office to achieve its key objectives regarding: Coordination of IA operations across the group; Driving consistent working practices; Consolidating and analysing key data for senior stakeholders; Coordinating and managing quality assurance; Managing our global tools.
- To develop effective relationships with relevant management across the Group IA family and share expertise.
- To maintain a detailed understanding of internal auditing standards and an excellent awareness of developments in internal auditing practices and emerging risks across the insurance industry.
- To be responsible for their own professional development and pro-actively identify relevant training and development needs.

- Accurate and timely performance of quality assurance activities.
- Accurate and timely production of activity reports for primary stakeholders.
- Key stakeholder (including Global Audit Leadership team and Practice management community) satisfaction and interaction feedback.
- Methodologies, tools and documentation maintained as fit for purpose, up to date and compliant with International Internal Audit and AXA Group standards
- Effective support provided to Practice managers.
- Personal adherence to relevant AXA policies and standards.
- Evidence of own skills and competencies developed.

**Experience**:
- Expert knowledge of internal audit practices and techniques
- Experience in performing quality assurance activities and developing audit methodologies would be beneficial
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry, regulations, operating practices and technology
- Internal audit qualifications would be beneficial
