**About the role**

Our memory development group comprises some of the industry’s leading experts in deep submicron circuit design. This position is a rare opportunity for you as a memory circuit professional to work with our successful circuit and layout team. You will discover a wide variety of groundbreaking foundries and work on different types of memories and broad portfolio of products.

**What will I be accountable for?**

In this role you will be working on the following areas:

- Lead a memory compiler development and small teams of designers throughout the entire memory development process, from specification to final release
- Be involved in transistor level full-custom design in collaboration with the physical design team for layout realization
- Develop new features, improvements and optimizations in order to meet Performance, Power and Area targets
- Provide mentoring and leadership to other designers on the team
- Become comfortable with basic programming tasks (scripts, memory compiler tiling code)
- Define and drive improvements in the memory development, infrastructure and flows
- Work with project management to define schedules and highlight risks and issues
- Interact with customers as needed throughout the course of the project
- Ensure high quality and high-performance memory designs with the lowest possible power as needed for Arm CPUs, GPUs, and SOCs.

**What skills, experience, and qualifications do I need?**
- Have a deep knowledge of Memory architectures (SRAM, ROM, Multi Ports)
- Demonstrate an experience in project management
- Have designed in Finfet technologies
- Experience in mentoring others

**Essential Attributes**
- Strong experience of technology trade-offs in deep sub-micron technologies
- Familiar with Cadence Virtuoso and with Spice, FastSpice simulators
- You love working in a collaborative environment
- You appreciate thematics linked to quality, methodology and efficiency improvements

**Desirable Attributes**
- EDA tools
- Knowledge of Java
- Project management tools
- Experience as customer interface is a plus
