We are looking for a **Head of Spares & Material Operations**to come onboard in our **Customer Support & Services**Directorate**in **Laurent**’s team : a team of **130**collaborators

**_Your Mission _**
- **Global Material Leadership**:Accountable for the worldwide spare parts activity, overseeing a $300M/y revenue and $330M inventory value. Lead the entire supply chain, from suppliers to customers, and managed 250,000 orders per year.
- **Strategic & Operational Management**:Drive and bring innovative global material solutions in our France, US and Singapore material centers.
- **Team & People Management**:Lead a team of 60 direct and more than 50 indirect reports worldwide, organized into 8 distinct teams.
- **Performance & Process Optimization**:Monitor and boost the overall material performance. Actively contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation projects aimed at achieving End-to-End Operational Excellence.
- **Financial & Budgetary Control**:Contribute to the Budget exercise to plan, control, and anticipate means/costs. Participate in cost control and developed action plans to ensure costs met targets.
- **Collaboration**: leading the relationship with internal stakeholders participating to the material operations performance
- **Customer & Supplier Relations**:Drumbeat supplier performance and adherence to contractual commitments. Drive customer satisfaction
- **Process Ownership**:Serve as the ISO9001 Spares Support Process Owner.

- Leadership and global management experience
- 10+ years in aviation industry with in-depth knowledge of supply chain operations
- Team player and ability to collaborate with numerous and diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to take initiatives/risks, challenge the status quo and take decisions in a volatile environment
- Strong leadership skills and successful experience in management
- Financial knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to travel frequently and adaptability to different cultural environments
- Excellent written and spoken English level

- **Leadership mondial en matière de pièces de rechange**: Responsable de l’activité pièces de rechange à l’échelle mondiale, avec un chiffre d’affaires de 300 M$ par an et une valeur d’inventaire de 330 M$. Vous dirigerez l’ensemble de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, des fournisseurs aux clients, avec 250 000 commandes gérées par an.
- **Gestion stratégique et opérationnelle**: Développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes pour les centres de matériaux situés en France, aux États-Unis et à Singapour.
- **Management d’équipe**: Encadrer une équipe de 60 collaborateurs directs et plus de 50 collaborateurs indirects répartis dans le monde entier, organisés en 8 équipes distinctes.
