**Management Presentation**:
The Group Ceded Reinsurance Department is responsible for:

- Define the reinsurance strategy of the AXA Group;
- Analyse the risks of the portfolios covered;
- Protect the balance sheet of the Group's entities;
- Secure the insurance operations of the Group's subsidiaries;
- Implement solutions that optimise the Group's internal capacities and risk transfers to external markets.

**Main purpose**:
You will report to the Head of Reinsurance Underwriting and Group Protections - CAT

**Core activities**:
You will structure and place the Group Life program, working in close connection with ‘client executives’ of our entities and contribute to AXA XL reinsurance, in strong relation with AXA Group Risk Management, supported by brokers and reinsurers.

**Your main accountabilities will be to**:

- Place reinsurance programs for the Life Group cover in close collaboration with AXA entities
- Guarantee adequate collaboration with the actuarial department and with the respective Lines of business within AXA entities
- Participate to management and underwriting activities of the AXA Group Property Pool
- Coordinate the process of delivering Cat data to the market for renewal purposes
- Supervise the Cat claims renewal lists process

**Votre profil**:
**Technical and professional skills**:

- Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance techniques, products and markets;
- Expertise in Property Cat and /or Life;
- Risk Analysis.

**Communication skills**:

- Analytical skills ;
- Rigor and a spirit of synthesis ;
- Strong negotiation skills ;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills ;
- Sense of customer service ;
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment ;
- Team work and team spirit.

**Experience**:

- At least 3-year experience in an insurance or reinsurance role.
