Supply Chain Manager

**Purpose of Role**

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to strengthen our Procurement and Logistics team in the HEM Business Line. As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead, oversee and develop our daily operations to optimize productivity, profitability and efficiency. Your area of responsibility will cover several local functions: Purchasing, local safety & security, logistics and their personnel. In this position you will be closely working with all the different departments in the company.

You will be transforming the local supply chain to a modern lean organization and share information about best practices to continuously improve our operational excellence. The aim is to achieve safe, reliable and efficient operations, while keeping our mission “Nothing to waste” as a standard for all of our actions. You will be managing our outsourcing and insourcing projects to achieve process benefits and total cost efficiency.

As Supply Chain Manager you will work closely with and collaborate with global organization ensuring Cathelco and HEM Business Line long term targets and KPI’s. The location of this position is in Antibes, France and requires physical presence in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and analyze supply chain data and develops metrics (e.g. forecast accuracy, inventories, cost, quality, delivery, lead time, technology, service level and sustainability) and investigates root causes.
- Supplier price negotiations and contract management.
- Sales & Operations Planning: Demand - Supply Planning & Balancing
Manages development projects in the area of responsibility (supply chain, demand-supply planning, processes and tools) and has roadmap / portfolio management responsibility in Supply Chain & Sourcing organization.
- Supports Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics by gathering and analyzing data.
- Gathering and summarizing demand forecast data, transforming demand data to forecasts to suppliers / operations. Gathering and summarizing the supply data (facilitates Supply meetings). Matching and balancing demand and supply. Analyzes demand-supply gaps and risks. Analyses changes in demand and supply and proposes solutions. Proposes product ramp downs and evaluates Excess & Obsolete. Prepares data and metrics for demand-supply reviews. Facilitates allocation decision making in cases of constraints.
- Manage and coordinate local supply chain within company policies and procedures that produce products that meet our quality, cost, volume and service criteria and objectives.
- Manage and develop performance and KPIs, such as Inventory, on-time delivery (OTD), supplier OTD, on-time shipment (OTS), quality, lead times and productivity.
Budget for and manage costs.
- Provide regular and timely reporting to Managing Director, such as resourcing and capacity.
- Other tasks as defined by the management.

**Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor level education (or above) in industrial, mechanical electrical or process engineering or business degree, preferably from supply chain, manufacturing, production economy or production technology area.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience on supply chain management with leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.
- Strong track record in leading transformation and managing development projects, insourcing, and outsourcing projects.
- Full clean driving license, valid passport, and a willingness to engage in occasional foreign travel, usually within Europe.
- Development orientation, also related to self.
- Solid verbal and written communications skills, in English and French.
