Location: Antibes Sector: Logistics **Functions**: - Organize and supervise the warehousing and distribution of products. - Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation and customer services. - Direct, optimize and coordinate the entire order cycle. - Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, traders and consumers. - Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, lead times, transportation costs and efficiency. - Lay out the warehouse, catalog products, plan routes and process shipments. - Resolve any problems or complaints that arise. - Supervise, mentor and train warehouse staff. - Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets. - Maintain metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements. **Requirements**: - At least 3 years of demonstrable experience as a logistics manager. - Demonstrable ability to lead and manage personnel. - Proficient in standard logistics software. - Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects. - Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain. **Skills**: - Communication and decision making skills. - Leadership skills. - Attention to detail. - Teamwork. - Analytical skills. 1.
