Our founding team has strong entrepreneurial experience building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO. **Alexis Soulopoulos**[CEO] - _8+ years in Tech Executive Leadership_ - _Co-Founder Mad Paws Holdings (from 0 to IPO)_ - _Forbes 30 under 30 + Deloitte TechFast50 ’22 & ‘23_ **Michael Monin** [Co-founder & CTO] - _10+ years as CTO / COO (web2/web3), 1+ year in AI/LLM_ - _Serial-entrepreneur: MTK Digital (exited / 0->$20m revenue) and Zipchat (AI Chatbot for E-commerce brands)_ **Thomas Lacroix**[Co-founder & CMO] - _7+ years in Customer Acquisition & E-commerce Growth_ - _Serial-entrepreneur: Curatible (sold to Blackstone) and MTK Digital (exited / 0->$20m revenue)_ **Maruša Fasano**[CFO/Legal] - _25+ years in Finance, Strategy, M&A_ **Your Role**: Reporting directly to our CTO Michael, this is what you'll do: **Key Responsibilities**: - Interact with stakeholders (Co-founders, Web Engineers, DevOps Engineers) to bring your project to life. - Improve our AI moderation systems to identify and filter inappropriate content, including implementing classifiers for detecting sensitive topics. - Oversee the creation and optimization of algorithms for LLM behavior adjustments based on user interactions, focusing on fine-tuning and prompt engineering. - Develop strategies for multi-AI interactions within group chats, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. - Adaptation and fine-tuning of base models for multilingual support. - Manage the creation and maintenance of diverse datasets critical for training and improving the performance of LLMs. - Assess and decide on the best technological approaches, choosing between classifiers, fine-tuning, and other methods based on specific project needs. **Your Qualifications**: **Hard Skills**: - 5+ years experience in machine learning, neural networks, and dataset management. - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields. - Proven experience in AI projects, particularly in NLP and LLMs. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans. - Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI development, such as Python, Pytorch, and familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks. **Soft Skills**: - Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English). - Ownership and commitment - we’re looking for owners, not renters. - Doer mindset - we are moving fast and we need people who can find the right balance between software craftsmanship and velocity. - User-centricity - you are proud of what you build and you share our obsession for amazing user experience. - #NSFW- you are comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content. **Bonus points**: - Proven track record of open-source contributions (Hugging Face or Github repos). - In-depth experience with our current data science stack: LlaMa2/3 (chatbot), Stable Diffusion (text-to-image), Eleven Labs (text-to-voice). - Experience in AI video generation. **Why join us?**: An ambitious project where almost everything AI remains to be built. 5-star team: our founding team went 0->20M$ and 0->IPO with their last startups, so they know how to take online products to the moon Huge traction with already 17M users since product launch in September.
