M&a / Strategy Intern

Missions

M&A / Corporate Development side
- Perform comprehensive company and industry research
- Preparation of presentations and other materials for upcoming transactions
- Perform and maintain financial models
- Work on the due diligence and post-closing processes

Strategy / CEO office side
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff on projects run by the Group CEO
- Prepare presentation and briefing materials ahead of the CEOs meetings
- Communicate and interact together with the Chief of Staff with several internal stakeholders on strategic projects

Profile
- Final or penultimate year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials
- At least a first successful internship experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting or equivalent experience (corporate finance, strategy etc.) within a corporate, and preferably a financial institution
- Fluent in English. Fluency in French will be a plus
