**About the job**

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Spa Department, the Spa Operations Manager supports the Spa Director with all tasks related to the Spa department. The Spa Operations Manager reports to the Spa Director.

**As Spa Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Assist the Management team in the overall supervision and daily operations of the Spa.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by delivering a warm and professional welcome.
- Oversee the treatment schedule and coordinate staff planning efficiently.
- Manage and grow the members' portfolio through consistent follow-up, client loyalty initiatives, and business development efforts.
- Act as a true brand ambassador by promoting the Spa and contributing to revenue growth.
- Handle administrative tasks with precision, including: Client database management, team scheduling, budget and cost control.
- Anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, solution-oriented responses to any issues that may arise.
- Ensure the Spa and all facilities remain impeccably clean, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Uphold and embody the quality standards and procedures expected in a luxury environment.

**As Spa Operation Manager we expect from you**:

- A significant and successful experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry, and have demonstrated strong managerial skills.
- Motivated and passionate about the world of Spa and wellness, you are versatile, dynamic, autonomous, available, and dedicated.
- With excellent interpersonal and professional skills, you have a strong sense of service, hospitality, and guest relations.
