**Position**:

- Allocation & Replenishment
- Demand PlanningInventory & Assortment Planning**Responsibilities**:

- Document current and to-be process flows to understand and examine business processes using user roles, use cases, edit rules, wireframes and other system specifications in detail
- Balances scope and user expectations by ensuring requirements can be met within existing project budgets and timeframes
- Assists Project Managers in the development of detailed project plans and work assignments
- Monitors progress to ensure project deliverables are met
- Communicates statuses to project team members and management
- Delivery of improvements following the formal planning, tracking and reporting mechanisms that align to the project management office (PMO) standards
- Assists in developing test cases and participates in the quality assurance process to ensure that requirements are accurately implementedAssist in producing user training documentation and works with the business to train users**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree and/or relative experience
- 4+ Years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role for a focus on Anaplan
- Demonstrated experience documenting use cases and functional requirements
- Experience with model-building in Anaplan including module design, dashboards creation etc., or equivalent technology (e.g., Adaptive Insights)
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plusExcellent analytical and problem solving skills**Preferred**:

- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
- Retail experience a plus
- Certified Anaplan Model BuilderCertification in related fields such project management**Additional Information**:
