**Test Engineering, Senior**
Setup, calibration and operation of microwave and millimeter-wave test systems in an IC design R&D environment.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Manage and advise small team of test engineers and liaise with neighboring test teams
- Participate in the establishment of a realistic test schedule, propose and implement actions to optimize the time spent and the equipment
- Ensure test of prototypes or products with good quality and schedule, from the definition and assembly of the measuring bench to the formatting of the results
- Based on the test plans, define the test benches and control software to validate the circuits
- Ensure, in collaboration with the team, the smooth running of the workshop (calibration of measuring devices, maintenance, cleanliness) and the optimization of resources
**Job Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of basic electronics: transistors, amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, decoupling
- Knowledge of common and microwave measuring devices: network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, noise meters, PNAs, power supplies, microwave connectors
- Knowledge of microwaves: S-parameters, gain, noise, power, Smith chart - coding: being able to develop automatic test software
