**Job Description Summary**: GE Vernova Grid Solutions is seeking an experienced and visionary Director - Finance Digital Technology Program Manager with expertise in finance processes and SAP ERP (ECC/S4-Hana). This strategic role focuses on driving innovation, implementing solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency within the finance function by leveraging ERP technology. The Director will lead initiatives spanning multiple organizations and stakeholders, including GE Vernova Grid Solutions, Electrification Systems, operations, and partners. Key responsibilities include defining and executing programs, and monitoring metrics to ensure timely and budget-compliant milestone achievement.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

In this role, you will:

- Lead the development and execution of the finance digital technology strategies, focusing on leveraging SAP ERP systems to optimize financial operations.
- Oversee scope, definition, design, and delivery of technology solutions for Finance function at GE Vernova Grid Solutions / GE Vernova Electrification Systems as applicable primarily leveraging ERP technology platforms.
- Drive accountability for Finance Product Management - including new feature releases, continuous improvements (CIs), simplification/standardization, tech debt elimination and version upgrades for SAP ECC finance modules.
- Define and manage the annual program budget to support all Finance initiatives and ensure adherence to the strategic roadmap.
- Own the Finance EPIC within Electrification Systems DT - including relationship with Finance functional stakeholders, Finance annual budget and support.
- Partner with the Electrification Systems Finance team to achieve all defined and future deliverables for Finance Transformation.
- This is a People Leader role. Lead an organization of cross-disciplined teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments. Scope and lead organization with GE Vernova employees and key vendor partners.
- Define and implement processes for effective coordination and communication between organizations and stakeholders.
- Establish governance structures to identify key performance indicators, set milestones, and maintain a reporting cadence.
- Track and monitor program status and metrics, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, risks, and cross-functional dependencies are managed effectively.
- Manage risks and dependencies across multiple organizations and functions, ensuring ongoing communication of progress against program objectives.
- Build functional partnerships and work collaboratively with stakeholders across Digital Technology, Finance, and ERP Operations.
- Share technical, procedural, and business knowledge with colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning through presentations and content creation.

**Education Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S4 Hana, specifically in FICO, SD and PS modules.
- Moderate understanding of various IT processes and components, including but not limited to project management, agile delivery methodology, architecture, security, and ITIL operations.
