Our dynamically growing company is currently servicing thousands of clients worldwide by optimizing and automating their recruitment activities. Our software is provided as a SAAS solution and we are working with a lot of the biggest names in the industry.

Currently we are looking for a sales representative to strengthen our France based sales team. You will build sales pipelines, generate and follow up on leads. You will take charge of your sales cycles, write offers, lead negotiations, manage client expectations and deliver excellent technical insights into our products. Next to be on the phone a lot, you’ll also accompany our business developers and marketing team to industry events.

**What we expect from you**:

- You’re a natural when it comes to building and growing relationships with existing partners and potential clients.
- Handle all incoming leads, introducing them to our software and closing the deals;
- Take ownership of the overall sales cycle: from lead qualification to handing over a new client into the onboarding process;
- Closely cooperate with our marketing team to maximize market outreach and brand awareness;
- Join industry events in the region.

**Who you are**:

- You have client facing sales experience (experience in recruitment or SAAS sales is a plus);
- You are competitive, like performing against targets and have a healthy portion of humor;
- You speak native French and English on a near-native level;
- BSc/MSc degree in a commercial field.
