To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development of new mass-market electronic products (at European and international level). - Draft specifications for all project subcontractors. - Select and analyze technical and economic bids from subcontractors. - Coordinate and monitor product industrialization, including packaging and certification phases. - Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations, - Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs and quality throughout the product life cycle. **Your profile**: We're looking for a profile with solid experience in managing large-scale electronic projects, capable of working in an international environment and understanding both technical and marketing needs. You will be required to manage complex projects with a global and strategic vision. Experience: Minimum 10 years in managing projects or consumer electronics products with European distribution and ideally internationally. Technical skills: Mastery of electronic product development and industrialization processes. Knowledge of certification processes (experience in the field of medical devices would be a plus). Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Interpersonal skills: Ability to work closely with marketing teams. Comfortable working in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
