En rejoignant Sunglass Hut, vous rejoignez le groupe Essilor Luxottica, le leader mondial dans la conception, la fabrication et la distribution de verres ophtalmiques, de montures et de lunettes de soleil. La partie SUN RETAIL FRANCE rassemble à ce jour diverses marques haut de gamme et luxe de lunettes de soleil au sein de nos boutiques Solaris, Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban et Alain Mikli.
Nous recherchons pour notre équipe au siège un profil de Network Store Project Manager H/F.
Partenaire des équipes Retail Corporate & France, vous êtes la personne référente pour le Sun Retail France & Monaco pour les missions suivantes:
- Organiser le planning des activités à réaliser pour ouvrir les boutiques dans le respect des délais et des règles
- Suivre et coordonner de manière opérationnel l’ouverture, la rénovation des boutiques, de corners, de mall
- Être le relais avec l’équipe maintenance pour vérifier que tout est conforme dans la boutique/corner
- Gérer les coûts sur SAP
- Gérer les assurances des locaux
- Être le point de contact des équipes juridiques, des partenaires (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, Ermione, Aéroports de Paris) sur les points, les projets, les résultats et les plans d’actions, sur le minimum garantie
- Coordonner & superviser les prestations de maintenance et de ménage dans le respect du budget
- Management d’une personne qui organise les ouvertures, gère les approvisionnements
- Déplacements à prévoir en France
De nature proactive, vous aimez planifier et assurer le respect des délais en autonomie
Organisé et capable de vous adapter aux situations et à l’exigence de différents interlocuteurs, vous avez une expérience réussie de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire au sein d'une entreprise retail.
Vous parlez couramment anglais et français, l'italien serait un plus.
Permis obligatoire car déplacements à prévoir en France.
