**Manager Commercial (H/F)**

## Missions:
Vous rejoindrez le leader du courtage financier automobile, une équipe dynamique avec de fortes ambitions, qui a la culture du résultat et le sens du service client.

Nos accords multi-marques et multi-loueurs nous permettent de répondre efficacement à la demande. Dans un monde où la distribution automobile est en pleine mutation, vous retrouverez les valeurs qui vous ont toujours animées dans ce domaine.

**Responsabilités**:
Recruter et former votre équipe de 7 commerciaux

Animation des commerciaux

Suivis des objectifs des ventes

Support aux commerciaux dans leurs activités

**Profil recherché**

Expérience dans le monde de l’automobile

Faire preuve de **leadership**

Savoir **fédérer** et **animer** une équipe

Savoir **déléguer** et faire **monter en compétences** vos équipes

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI
Statut : Cadre

Salaire : 45 000,00€ à 55 000,00€ par an
