Are you passionate about Home&Beauty products, data-driven strategies, and making an impact in the world of FMCG marketing? We’re looking for a Home Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic team As an apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing projects
- fragrance submissions, market monitoring, trend spotting, data analysis, and more. You'll be mentored by industry experts, learn the ins and outs of perfumery industry, and develop skills that will fast-track your career. **Your mission**
- Trends spotting to identify new consumer needs
- Build the home and scent category fundamentals and brand knowledge
- Analyse the market data
- Development of marketing presentations
- Create compelling visuals and moodboards to support both proactives and client projects
- Supporting the marketing team

**You bring**
- Marketing or Business degree, MBA profile
- Ideally a first experience in home care, beauty care and/or Fragrances
- Marketing acumen and data-driven
- Project management: Excellent organisational, time-management, multi-tasking, problem-solving and follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable to work in pluri-disciplinary, cross functional & global teams
- Good communication skills
- Creativity and proactivity
- Initiative-taking, dynamism and curiosity
- Master Pack office (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Fluency in English
