**Vos challenges ?**

Le département RH du siège social du Groupe Valeo te propose un stage complet et enrichissant de 6 mois au sein d’une équipe spécialisée

**Vos responsabilités ?**

**1. Gestion des Talents**
- Support à la gestion opérationnelle du Campus Management (suivi des processus de recrutement et préparation des arrivées et des départs pour les alternants et stagiaires)
- Support à la Responsable Talent Development du site sur les activités quotidiennes de recrutement, d’intégration, et de gestion des carrières ( préparation des campagnes de Talent, création de reportings et mises à jour des informations dans notre outil)
- Contribution au calcul des rémunérations variables (vérification des données, recueil des objectifs, suivi des données dans l’outil)
- Participation éventuelle à d’autres activités RH selon tes appétences et les besoins du service

**2. Communication RH**
- Mise à jour de l’intranet au quotidien
- Gestion des notes de nomination internes (suivi des arrivées et mobilités internes, rédaction des courriers, recueil des signatures auprès des managers, mise en ligne sur l’intranet)
- Rédaction des Mémos de notre outil de Management à destination des collaborateurs et Managers

**Parlons de toi **
- Tu es étudiant(e) Bac+ 3 minimum avec une appétence pour les RH (Licence, M1, M2 ou année de césure),
- Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se), entreprenant(e), avec un bon esprit d’analyse
- Tu aimes travailler en équipe, et tu as une certaine aisance de communication à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Tu es suffisamment à l’aise en anglais pour interagir avec différents interlocuteurs non-francophones
