**POSITION AND MISSIONS**
Within the Transversal Projects team of the IT Global Market & Risks department, you join a team composed of several people. In this team, we work to facilitate the management of studies and cross-functional projects, to coordinate and manage cross-functional business projects involving several IT GMR teams, and to support the implementation of the program «Scale UP / Strategic plan of the IT department» within the IT GMR teams, by facilitating the structuring of projects, managing their progress and carrying out the change management actions necessary for the integration of new practices and working methods.
On a daily basis, you have the task of:
- Managing cross-functional business projects by structuring the project, defining and implementing governance to monitor progress, and preparing and leading project and steering committees;
- Be the guarantor of the project methodology by defining and accompanying the implementation of the TEMPO methodology within the IT GMR teams, playing the role of relay between the IT GMR teams and the central IT BMDT team;
- Participate in defining the roadmap for deploying this methodology within IT GMR and monitor its implementation as well as its appropriation by IT GMR project managers;
- Raise awareness and train teams in new working methods, animate a community of change agents and drive new ways of working within all IT GMR teams; Supervise the change caused by the implementation of new work practices, adapt the procedures and methods in a process of continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with new standards in each team through a control system.

The position is based in Paris and at our place it’s 10 days of remote work per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, the gym or corporate concierge. - Rigorous and endowed with real relational ease.
You master English with a B1 level
