The Workplace Coordinator is a member of the Global Real Estate & Workplace team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while supporting front desk services, office maintenance and preservation, and department operations. Reporting to the Manager, Real Estate & Workplace. This role is based in the Santa Barbara office.

What You’ll Do- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, visitors, and vendors-
- Assist with coordinating meetings through conference room booking, catering support, and space/layout requests- Manage new and existing vendor relationships; schedule maintenance services as needed (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, shipping supplies, snacks, and beverages- Assist with daily shipping & receiving, both international and domestic- Assist with managing team financials and OpEx budgets through invoicing, purchase orders, and processing expense reports

What You’ll Need
- Basic Qualifications_- 1+ years of experience in office administration, workplace experience, or facilities management- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French- Conversational English- Ability to lift 25lbs- Must be able to work from the office full time 5 days a week
- Preferred Qualifications_- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and help- Experience working with C-Suite- Experience working in a corporate environment- CPR/AED certified
