**Role Summary**:
As a Production Designer, you’ll be at the heart of creating and executing visual assets for both internal and external needs. Your main mission will be to turn creative briefs into flawless deliverables, adhere to brand guidelines, and meet tight deadlines. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong execution skills, and a passion for functional yet aesthetically pleasing designs.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Daily Graphic Production: Design assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations.
- Internal and External Support: Create and adjust presentation slides, reports, product sheets, and other sales materials.
- Optimisation and Adaptation: Tailor visuals to various formats and platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, print, etc.).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to deliver on their needs efficiently.

**Undertaking any other such duties as may be reasonably required by the role.**

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Experience: Proven time spent in a similar role (e.g., execution graphic designer, production artist) is essential.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma is essential.
- Highly Organized: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines is essential.
- Sharp Eye for Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies and imperfections in deliverables with ease is essential.
- Autonomy and Decision-Making: Highly self-reliant and capable of making smart, timely decisions when required, ensuring seamless execution even under mínimal supervision is essential.
- Versatility: Ability to move between digital and print production whilst retaining a high level of knowledge and precision is essential.
- Team Player: Collaborative and eager to find creative solutions that align with team objectives.
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English is essential.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or the finance/tech industry is desirable.
- Passion for mínimalist and modern design is essential.
- Knowledge of crypto and/or finance is desirable.
