The role
- We are seeking a creative, organised and detail-oriented Design and Production Assistant to join our Global Marketing and Communications team. Reporting to ICC’s Brand and Design Lead, this role supports the effective handling of ICC brand and design initiatives that underpin Global Marketing and Communications campaigns and deliverables.

In this role, you will:

- Handle duties related to brand and design, including ordering barcodes, and allocating publication numbers and ISBNs for ICC publications;
- Implement minor revisions to design assets and publications;
- Create and oversee production timelines;
- Research and compare suppliers, products and services, and request quotes and samples;
- Liaise with ICC’s roster of photographers to set up and oversee photoshoots when required;
- Support production processes, including “good to print” validations, delivery follow-up, quality control and stock management;
- Liaise with the ICC reprographic team for internal printing needs;
- Perform general administration and office duties supporting the Global Communications team (invoicing, meeting organisation, calendar management, consultant contracts, design subscription renewals).

**Requirements**:

- Have a working knowledge of software such as Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of other apps and software a plus (e.g. Canva, Flourish, Figma);
- Are service-oriented, resourceful and a team player;
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Possess good interpersonal skills;
- Are able to work both in English and French.
