We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Site Reliability Engineering to drive the software-as-a-service platform for our Enterprise AI offerings. Our software-as-a-service offering seamlessly integrates with various cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP) and complement them to accelerate the development of advanced analytics and AI Models directly by the business, in a collaborative manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational Excellence: Ensuring the 24/7 reliability, scalability, performance of the Dataiku Cloud platform operation. You will establish and enforce best practices, standards, and processes related to incident management, problem resolution, monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the SRE function aligned with the organization's business goals. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, product management, and engineering teams, to understand their needs and priorities.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that SRE practices adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Mitigate risks associated with security vulnerabilities, data privacy, and system failures through proactive measures and effective incident response planning.
- A strong experience managing teams responsible for 24/7 availability and performance of SaaS production environment
- Hands-on expertise with all major cloud providers and Kubernetes
- Experience with the technology of the analytic and AI ecosystem (Databricks, Snowflake, Nvidia)
- Bonus point for experience with a product operating both as a SaaS and on-prem
