Shiseido EMEA, basé à Paris, couvre les activités mondiales des marques de parfum Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Serge Lutens, Shiseido Fragrances, et Zadig&Voltaire et des marques de soins : Ulé et Gallinée; ainsi que les activités et la distribution régionales de plusieurs marques du Groupe : Clé de Peau Beauté, Drunk Elephant, NARS, Shiseido Ginza Tokyo et Tory Burch.

**Quelle est la mission ?**

Au sein de l’équipe PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE de la DIRECTION JURIDIQUE, vous apporterez votre support aux membres de l’équipe:
**Quelles sont les activités principales ?**
- Support aux membres de l’équipe Propriété Intellectuelle :_
- Rédaction et gestion des contrats et accords relatifs à la Propriété intellectuelle
- Gestion du portefeuille de marques et modèles
- Suivi de dossiers précontentieux et contentieux en matière de Propriété Intellectuelle ; rédaction d’expertises, collecte de preuves d’usage.
- Support aux Formations douanières et demandes de surveillance douanières
- Support aux demandes quotidiennes des différents services (notamment marketing et communication)_

**Que recherchons-nous ?**
- Master II en Droit de la Propriété Intellectuelle avec une première expérience en stage
- Bonne organisation & gestion des priorités (respect des timings, rigueur, autonomie, rapidité d’exécution)
- Bon relationnel, sens du travail en équipe & du service, bonne capacité à partager les informations et à favoriser la collaboration
