Normec Verifavia is recognised by ACI Europe as an approved independent third-party verifier for airports participating in the Airport Carbon Accreditation program (levels 1, 2, 3, 3+, 4, 4+ and 5). We also verify carbon footprints for airlines, companies, or groups of companies in accordance with GHG Protocol requirements in voluntary programs.
Normec Verifavia is constantly developing new services to better serve its clients. Some recent examples of these innovative and pioneering services include assurance for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) programs, assurance for carbon offsets/insets, and more.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct independent audits of greenhouse gas emissions for aircraft, airlines, and airports according to relevant programs and standards.
- Analyse data and interpret findings with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Excel to process and organise data.
- Effectively communicate in English and French, both verbally and in writing, for clear and concise reporting of audit findings.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, show resourcefulness, and work independently to complete assigned audits.
- Maintain strong business ethics, ensuring independence and objectivity throughout the auditing process.
- Thrive in a challenging environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Travel may be required for on-site audits at different locations in the second half of the year.

**Profil recherché**:**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Hold a degree in Environment, Aviation, Engineering, Data Sciences, or Mathematics.
- Show strong analytical skills and accurate interpretation of complex data.
- Excel proficiency at a high level.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong business ethics, independence, and objectivity.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a challenging environment.

**Preferred skills**:

- Previous experience in auditing (quality, environment, operations, etc.).
- Familiarity with flight operations or airport operations and knowledge of environmental regulations in the aviation industry.
- Proficient in Information Technology (IT) skills and capable of utilising data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of Sustainable Aviation Fuel, Life-Cycle Assessment, or SBTi
- Fluency in languages other than English.
