Ce rôle est situé à Paris, France et peut inclure des voyages d'affaires. Responsabilités: - Travailler avec les équipes commerciales mondiales pour évaluer les nouvelles exigences : qualifier les demandes, évaluer la faisabilité, fournir des estimations de l'effort, identifier les contraintes et les dépendances. Participer à la priorisation de la feuille de route de l'entreprise.
- Traduire les exigences commerciales en exigences techniques pour les équipes techniques. - Travailler avec l'équipe technique pour s'assurer que la solution construite correspond aux besoins de l'entreprise. - Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, y compris la planification, la conception, la documentation, les tests, le déploiement, la communication, l'établissement de rapports, y compris la gestion de la phase d'hyper prise en charge. - Gérer et soutenir l'équipe L2 sur les incidents ouverts relatifs aux opérations des magasins.
