The company is currently looking for a Sales Manager for the Central and South Eastern European markets. You will be responsible for: Develop a strong sales portfolio in target markets; Prospect for new customers in line with company strategy; Conduct sales in complex sales processes involving end-users, distributors, integration or design companies; Support the development of a detailed go-to-market strategy for the company's products; Provide recommendations for new products, including competitive market analysis and quantified growth forecasts; Liaise with your line manager and agree proposed strategies and actions; Provide weekly reports on sales activities to your line manager; Learn and demonstrate the company's products and provide customer training as required; Maintain contact with the after-sales service team and identify opportunities and/or problems requiring technical assistance; Analyze and comment on monthly statistical reports and propose new actions and improvements; Participate in national and international trade fairs as required. Frequent travel within the geographical area in question (50% of the time) YOUR HARD SKILLS: You have 5 years of experience in a similar position; An understanding of the world of disinfection would be a plus (UV/ozone); Fluent in English, you ideally master a second or third language (French, Italian, Polish, German, Greek, etc.). **YOUR SOFT SKILLS**: You are dynamic, proactive, flexible and at ease in a bilingual and multicultural environment; "hunter profile". **CONDITIONS**: Permanent position; **Location**: Full remote; **Salary**: 50K base salary + 30K bonus; Luncheon vouchers ; Incentive bonus ; Gift vouchers...
