We are looking for a **HRBP for the Engineering**to come onboard in our HR team.

**_Your Mission _**

Be the voice of HR within the Engineering function and the voice of the business within HR.

As the HR Business Partner focal point for managers and employees (300 employees)
- you secure and support business through operational and strategic actions on all HR topics.
- you bring HR to the strategic planning of your business and their day-to-day operations.

**ACTIVITIES**

**Strategic Aspects**
- Support resourcing strategy, monitor Headcount and staffing forecast according to business needs (current & future) and in line with workforce planning targets.
- Work closely with the Directorates and their Managers to develop a strong business acumen, to understand the business and the challenges they face, to be able to deploy innovative ways of working and propose appropriate HR solutions by taking into account the context, always in line with the overall HR strategy.
- Contribute to a good social climate and constructive dialogue with the Social Partners.

**Business & Operational Actions**
- Drive the HR annual cycle (performance review, salary review, development interview, trainings, people review etc.) and put in place relevant actions.
- Provide support, advice, and direction to managers and employees on various HR matters such as performance management, employment law compliance, policy interpretation, compensation and benefits, recruitment, internal mobility, training, etc.
- Advise and coach managers
- on developing their teams and achieving personal development;
- on talent and succession management and how to motivate and challenge all members of their teams, (high performers to low performers) to ensure employee performance, engagement and accountability.
- Support the business needs by working closely with HR CoCs to translate and adapt needs in appropriate and value-added HR services (social policies, recruitment, etc.).
- Facilitate change management by valuing the human aspects of change, in keeping with the ATR strategy.
- Encourage the implementation of actions to create and maintain an engaging and well-being environment.

- Support people in their development, their career progression and their commitment, through a listening, proximity and advisory role.
- Drive mobility through knowing the people ready to move and networking for potential opportunities and actively participate in the recruitment process.
- Analyze training requests regarding the allocated budget & strategic axes.

**_About you _**

**EXPERIENCE**
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Law or Business Studies (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an HRBP, ideally in the aeronautical industry
- Good knowledge of the main HR tools, processes and labour laws
- English & French: negotiation level; Italian would be a plus.
