Memo Paris is looking for a motivated and passionate **Retail marketing apprentice** to join the team as an ambassador across our Parisian boutiques. As part of your apprenticeship, you will assist the sales teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the brand’s retail excellence.
This is a unique opportunity to develop hands-on experience in luxury retail while also gaining insights into visual merchandising, client behavior, and brand strategy.

**Your missions**:

Client service & sales**:
- Provide personalized and story-driven service to all customers.
- Support sales teams during peak hours, events.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and CRM goals.
- ** Visual merchandising & brand execution**:
- Maintain displays and product presentation in line with brand standards.
- Share improvement suggestions with HQ based on store observations.
- ** Retail insights & communication**:
- Identify opportunities and trends across different POS (customer preferences, local bestsellers).
- Report on boutique needs, feedback, and potential improvements.
- Help foster smooth communication between points of sale and the management team.
**Profile**:
- Enrolled in a retail, business, or marketing program (Bachelor/Master level).
- Energetic, adaptable, and customer-focused.
- Passionate about luxury fragrance and storytelling.
- Keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
