We are searching for an apprentice student willing to participate to the success of Subway restaurants, to create envy and increase traffic in restaurants. You will be the main contact of franchisees and help them to develop the attractiveness of their restaurants through local marketing operations and the implementation of the national marketing plan. This role reports to the Marketing Department of Subway France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The position is for 1 year.

**About you**:
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of the Subway refresh team?

You are a team player and want to complete an apprenticeship contract of 1st or 2nd year of master’s degree. You have a sensitivity for the Fastfood industry and digital world.

**Your soft skills**: organization, rigor, dynamism, passion, proactivity, adaptability, good interpersonal skills and a real team spirit.

**Privileged skills**: knowing how to move easily from one project to another, having a developed creative sense, thinking «out of the box» and above all daring
English (good understanding) and Pack Office basics are required.
The mastery of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Première Pro or Rush) is a plus.

**A breakdown of your responsibilities include**:
You will support the franchisees with the implementation of their local marketing plan and proper execution in accordance with the national strategy for France. You will:
1. Analyze the performance of local marketing activations (quantitative monitoring of operations implemented; KPIs assessment and ROI study).
2. Validate the initiatives as well as the visuals in accordance with the French legislation and Subway brand charter.
3. Propose and activate tactical programs for local issues.
You will be the franchisees’ main contact for any local request and the guarantor of the proper execution of the communication materials intended for consumers (maps, commercial displays, menus boards, etc.). You will:
1. Develop the sharing of best practices through a dedicated catalogue listing local marketing initiatives according to restaurant objectives.
2. Coordinate a network of local agencies, creating a directory of service providers for local requests.

**3. Develop the POS internal ordering tool «Toolbox»**: you will manage the creation of campaign materials, monitor them, and analyze their results.
4. Develop the visual and sound marketing policy of the brand.
5. Work the shopper route according to the typologies/environment of the restaurants.
