‍‍‍ **THE TEAM**

We are seeking a **Product Manager**to join the Connectivity Tribe at D-EDGE, responsible for owning and enhancing the connectivity journey for our clients. In this role, you will shape, streamline, and optimize the end-to-end experience of hotels integrating their systems (PMS, RMS, GDS, OTAs, etc.) with D-EDGE solutions.

Feature team composition (with no direct management) : 1 PM, 1 lead developer, 6 developers, 1 QA, 1 designer

As a Product Manager, you define product features, manage the backlog, and plan successful rollouts in collaboration with internal stakeholders, while monitoring KPIs to ensure product success, leading user training initiatives, and working closely with the Design and Tech teams to deliver user-centric solutions and achieve roadmap goals.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Provide product vision to your feature team, stakeholders and other feature teams to align cross team topics.
- Define and monitor product roadmap.
- Establish product requirements, plan and prioritize product features, manage your backlog.
- Define successful roll-out strategies, organize go-to-market plans in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Drive user research with Product Design to collect internal / external user's needs, organize customer workshops and animate focus groups
- Collaborate with Designers and Engineers to ideate and deliver the best solution to our clients.
- Develop and monitor relevant business and product usage KPIs.
- Be the number one advocate of your product in the organization and with clients.
- Collaborate with our Partnership team to build the roadmap and prioritize the product roadmap Collaborate with our Product Knowledge team to train our users, onboard support and contribute to our e-learning success.
- **Scope**
2 streams to manage:

- Extern : you will manage all the initiatives relative to the front point of view in order to improve the hotel experience such as, navigation, mapping, notifications, alerting and more
- Intern : you will manage all the initiatives relative to the front point of view in order to improve the D-EDGERs experience such as, connectivity tooling, mapping software and more.

**‍️YOUR PROFILE**

You have 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within an agile team or a startup environment. You're comfortable working on B2B interfaces such as admin portals or extranets, and have a solid grasp of APIs, data modeling, and frontend systems. On top of this you are:

- ** Data-driven mindset**: you rely on insights and metrics to guide product decisions.
- **Customer-centric & detail-oriented**: you understand user journeys and know how to optimize them.
- **Good communicant & a leader**: you can clearly present ideas, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives in an international context.
- **Team player with a proactive attitude**: you’re curious, hands-on, and push projects forward with energy and initiative.
- **Business-aware**: experienced in navigating B2B/B2B2C environments and managing expectations with pragmatism.
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in the travel industry is a bonus
