Marketing Manager

**Position Summary**:
Support the STERIS Healthcare market development throughout the Benelux & Dealer markets via the direct and indirect sales channels, in close cooperation with the EMEA Commercial Marketing and Sales teams. Develop internal and external communication, marketing materials, content, and lead projects in order to assist in managing and driving marketing, branding, events, training, and product launch initiatives.

**Duties**:

- Create and deliver marketing plans and initiatives for the Benelux and Dealer Market EMEA with desktop research, market intelligence and identification of opportunities
- Work closely with the Sr. Commercial Marketing Manager and Upstream Marketing teams to ensure close alignment to each portfolio and regional group strategy as well as overall EMEA strategy
- Identify opportunities and gaps by tracking, analysing, and measuring product portfolio sales in each country
- Support the creation of reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales data, market trends in key markets, forecasts and country analysis, new product information and product positioning
- Work closely with the Sales teams to support development of pricing policies and products registration strategies
- Conduct ongoing research on competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
- Present new product launches to Customers and conduct high level product trainings
- Support launches of new products in key markets across the Benelux and Dealer Markets through direct and indirect sales channels
- Take responsibility for organising Distributor events and congresses including pre-congress marketing, product placement planning, conceptualization, invitation design, logistics and follow-up activities
- Develop activity/campaign calendar for designated portfolio, communicate to stakeholders and drive participation through regular updates and follow ups
- In collaboration with the rest of Commercial Marketing team, create Social Media content, customer communication and training materials

**Education Degree**:

- Bachelor's Degree

**Profile**:

- 3+ years of either marketing experience, Medical Distribution Sales, or Business Analytics
- Very strong analytical abilities. You love working with data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimisation
- Experience with working in cross-functional teams including regulatory, sales, customer ops, upstream marketing
- Experience in the medical device and healthcare environment or business, particularly Infection Prevention/Sterilization department, Endoscopy or Surgical field is desired
- A track record of success that demonstrates analytical marketing skills and innovation
- Experience with Customers - qualifying and quantifying leads and the ability to translate into new business opportunities
- Experience in Project Management is a plus
- Ability to rapidly adjust to changes in the organization and be a change agent with a growth mindset
- Good interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills in order to develop and maintain rapport and effective internal and external relationships
- Strong presenting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Suite and graphic design is a plus
- A strong financial aptitude and sales driven mindset
- Fluency in English

**Working Conditions**:
International travel required 25-30%
