Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing (centrale et des pays) ainsi que les équipes produits et jouerez un rôle clé dans le succès de l'équipe.
En tant que **Product Marketing Manager chez Nickel, vos principales missions seront les suivantes**:
- Gérer l’ensemble des assets de communication des services Cartes & Paiement.
- Accompagner les product owner et chef de projet de l’équipe sur le volet marketing et communication.
- Être en veille sur le marché du paiement et force de proposition sur l’évolution des offres et services cartes.
- Piloter la réalisation d'études, la mise en œuvre de POC et le lancement de nouveaux services.
- Être le point d’entrée équipes market/communication dans l’animation des offres cartes et des services associés ainsi que sur les lancements de services.
- Suivre l’usage des offres et services ainsi que le NBI (Net Banking Income), proposer et mettre en oeuvre des actions d’amélioration.
- Maîtriser et challenger l’ensemble des processus métiers de l’équipe (cycle de vie carte, paiement mobile, parcours 3DS).
